Can I pick up my order today?

Yes. Weekday orders placed before 5pm are ready the same day at our trade counter, 10/31 Boyland Avenue, Coopers Plains. We're open Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm and Sat 9:30am–4:30pm.

What if I can't make it before closing?

Use our after-hours locker at the front door, available from 5:30pm. Let us know in advance and we'll leave your order inside — you'll need a passcode to open it. Orders can stay overnight and over the weekend. Pickup and delivery details.

Soft OLED or InCell — which screen should I fit?

InCell is the lowest-cost option; soft OLED gives true blacks, lower power use and 120Hz on Pro models. Our guide compares them in detail: Soft OLED vs InCell.

What do the grades in the product titles mean?

Each part carries a grade — such as Original, Service Pack, Original Refurb, TQ1 or Smart Plus — so you can match the part to the job and the customer's budget. See how we grade parts.

Will a replacement screen show the display message in Settings?

On iPhone 11 and later, any non-genuine screen can trigger a message saying the display could not be verified. Some of our InCell listings include a pop-up fix board — it's noted in the product title. If only the glass is broken, glass-only refurbishing keeps the phone's own display.

Only the glass is cracked — can you refurbish it?

Yes. We replace the glass and keep the original panel, with published swap pricing for iPhone and iPad. See refurbishing prices.

Apply for a trade account online. Once your account is set up, trade pricing shows when you're logged in. Open a trade account.
