Samsung screen grades explained

Samsung screens are sold in several grades, and the right one depends on the job and the customer's budget:

  • Service Pack: Samsung's own replacement assembly with frame, the closest match to the factory screen. Best for Galaxy S and Ultra repairs where the customer expects an original display.
  • Original Refurb: a genuine Samsung panel with new glass, in a new or refurbished frame. A lower-cost option that keeps the original OLED.
  • TQ1 / Smart Plus: aftermarket OLED or InCell screens for budget repairs and older models.

Check the model code before you order

Samsung sells several regional versions of each phone, and some parts differ between them. The letter at the end of the model code (for example SM-S911B or SM-S911U) tells you which version you have. Do you stock Samsung Service Pack screens in Brisbane?

Yes. Service Pack screens for the Galaxy S, A and Note ranges are listed under their model, and in-stock items can be collected the same day.

Do you have parts for the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra?

Yes. Screens, batteries and charging port boards for the S25, S25 Plus, S25 Ultra and S25 FE are in the Galaxy S collection.

Do you supply US version (U) Samsung parts?

For charging port boards, yes for S21 to S23. Check the model code on the phone and pick the matching listing. For other parts, contact us with the model code.

Do you sell Galaxy Z Fold inner screens?

Yes. Inner and outer screens for Fold 3 to Fold 6 are in the Fold and Flip collection, and most include the frame.

Can I pick up after 5:30pm?

Yes. Use the locker. Message us before closing and we will leave the order with a passcode.
