What are the TQ1 Galaxy Ultra screens?

Our TQ1 Galaxy S Ultra screens pair a Service Pack OLED display with a refurbished frame — a lower-cost alternative to a complete Service Pack assembly.

Some listings say “not from official Samsung” — what does that mean?

Those are original pulled parts: genuine Samsung screens taken from used devices, rather than new parts from Samsung's service channel. We state it in the product title so you know exactly what you're buying before you order.

How do I make sure I order the right part?

Can I pick up my order today?

Yes. Weekday orders placed before 5pm are ready the same day at our trade counter, 10/31 Boyland Avenue, Coopers Plains. We're open Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm and Sat 9:30am–4:30pm.

What if I can't make it before closing?

Use our after-hours locker at the front door, available from 5:30pm. Let us know in advance and we'll leave your order inside — you'll need a passcode to open it. Orders can stay overnight and over the weekend. Pickup and delivery details.
