If you can't make it in before we close, we can leave your order in the locker at our front door. Let us know in advance and we'll set it aside for you.

We ship parts to repairers across Australia. Freight cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

Fragile parts

Screens and back glass ship in rigid protective packaging. Please inspect fragile items on arrival and contact us promptly if anything has been damaged in transit.

Every part we sell carries a grade in its title. The grade tells you where the part came from and what to expect — so you can match the part to the job and quote your customer accurately.

Service Pack

From the manufacturer's official repair channel — brand new, sealed, carrying the original part number. Not pulled from used devices.

Original

Genuine parts pulled from used devices. Colour accuracy, touch response and fit match the factory part. Some listings note that a part is “not from official Samsung” — that means it's a genuine pulled part rather than a new part from Samsung's service channel.

Original Refurb

An original screen panel with the outer glass replaced in our own workshop. The display itself — colour, brightness and touch — is the original, at a lower price than a new original part. It's the same process as our glass-only refurbishing service.

Refurbished stock is also graded on cosmetic condition. A Blemish A panel has only marks that are invisible when the screen is on.

TQ1

Our top grade of aftermarket parts — the best-quality third-party screens and components we source. The choice when you want the closest thing to original without the original price.

Display type and refresh rate vary by model and are shown in each product title — for example soft OLED at 120Hz, or InCell LCD.

Galaxy S Ultra exception: our TQ1 Galaxy S Ultra screens pair a genuine Samsung Service Pack OLED display with a refurbished frame — a lower-cost alternative to a complete Service Pack assembly. The product title says so on each listing.

Smart Plus

One step below TQ1. Aftermarket parts with only a small quality gap to TQ1, at a more economical price — a good fit for budget repairs and high-volume jobs.
